NPSF events team
The client needed help coordinating the many components required to properly plan, promote and execute this annual educational event. Building an agenda that covers many facets of patient safety is a vast undertaking. And since this is just one of several programs they produce, they needed assistance when it came to logistics, marketing and execution.
Working side by side with the internal team, Perfect PlanIt handled site selection, developed the overall theme and graphics, handled outreach and coordination with 75 exhibitors, and ran call for papers. We then organized 125 speakers and 115 poster presenters, developed the event mobile app, tracked budget, planned menus and sent 10 staff members to greet and register 1,000 attendees. Each of the five years that we supported the team, the event met revenue goals.
