Pittsburgh International Airport
We worked with Pittsburgh International Airport's internal marketing, events and facilities team to design and execute a 350-person outdoor event. This required finding a vendor that could construct an oversized tent (most tent providers don't have the size we needed readily available) featuring windowed walls, solid doors, an elevated floor, as well as provide complete AV set up, chairs and high-end restrooms. All on an active construction site and during COVID. The plan featured many revisions, including some last-minute changes, but we found the solutions. Perfect PlanIt also provided custom hard hat and shovel sets, a commemorative coin (the first of three), VIP gift (ceramic Pennsylvania state ornament with the airport indicated in gold), themed cookies, additional onsite staff, an event 'housekeeping' PowerPoint loop and budget management.
The event was a success, and the start of a multi-year project that will see the Pittsburgh International Airport again become a model for modern infrastructure.
