AIG events and marketing teams
RIMS is a major insurance industry trade show that allows AIG to meet with key brokers and clients. Whereas previous years’ shows relied on generic messages, this year they wanted a theme that would push their vision, and tie together all of the promotional elements like invitations, booth design, reception, sponsorship graphics and a custom-built VIP lounge. The theme design elements had to be cohesive and not ‘cookie cutter.’ It also had to work for a variety of formats … from column wraps to window clings, multimedia loops to wall designs, and from table numbers to outdoor banners.
Perfect PlanIt developed the FORWARD FOCUSED theme and designed it to work across every component of the show. It was such a hit — and so different from previous approaches for this show — that AIG is extending the theme for future regional campaigns.
